Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Ireland only. All prices on this site are in euros.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below that, a flat €30.00 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Every order is sent with tracking.

Express Delivery is available as a €30 paid upgrade at every order value. No separate faster arrival estimate is published, so contact us before ordering if a particular date matters.

How long it takes

We handle and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Delivery time can vary by location.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not have a tracking number before the parcel is collected, so it cannot be sent any earlier.

Once you have your tracking number, you can follow your parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate packages

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If your order is late or does not arrive

Please email us at theteam@modernlight.irish with your order number. Our Refunds & Returns page explains what we do if an order does not arrive and the statutory rights that remain available.

Questions before you order

If you need an order by a particular date, email us at theteam@modernlight.irish before you buy. We will tell you honestly whether it is possible. We aim to reply within one business day.

Tracked delivery

We use a tracked courier service selected for the order and delivery address. We send the tracking details by email when the order leaves.
